The Puff & Sponge

The small tool that quietly fixes everything. Trish McEvoy's Puff & Sponge handles both ends of a routine: the sponge side blends liquids and creams into skin without drinking half the product, and the puff side presses powder down to set it. Together they take a face from applied to finished — usually the difference between makeup that looks done and makeup that looks worn.

Styling note from Wrabyn: Use the sponge damp for the sheerest finish with liquids, dry when you want more coverage. The puff is for pressing, not sweeping — press and lift to set without disturbing what is underneath.
